June was a busy month for me, and I'm spending most of my time working on my latest law review article. I did add one interesting case:

• Cooley v Superior Court about deposition subpoena practice.

I've added two IP cases this week:

• Primos v Hunter's Specialties - application of prosecution history estoppel to patent claim amendments
• Marder v Lopez - broad general release bars later claim of copyright co-ownership

I added a bunch of cases in the patent claim construction category today. I am doing my next article on this topic, so it's natural I chose to add these.

www.casesofinterest.com is now live! It points to the cases of interest wiki.

I've added several new entries to Cases of Interest

• Wall Data v L.A. County Sheriff's Dept - fair use law for copyright
• Snow v DirecTV - Stored Communications Act
• Falker-Gunter Falkner v Inglis - written description in patents
• O'Grady and Apple Computer - journalist privilege for bloggers
• eBay v MercExchange - no mandatory injunctions for patent infringement

Well, I've worked out all the kinks, and MichaelRisch.com and Cases of Interest (soon to be CasesOfInterest.com) are both live and operational.

Now all I have to do is get some content...the hard part!

I've just launched my site, including my blog (such as it is) and my "Cases of Interest" wiki. I'm harboring no illusions that anyone will read this post, but I figure I should at least mark the occassion.
