- A county tax assessor was had expended time and money state tax maps and was charging the public per electronic copy of the maps. After winning a FOIA request, a WV website obtained copies of 28,000 maps and posted them, free of charge. The tax assessor now sues to enjoin the site from publishing the maps online.
