"It is the purpose of this Comment to discuss the utility and disclosure requirements as they relate to chemical compounds useful as intermediates in the formation of other compounds and to the processes which produce such intermediates. Part I presents an historical background of utility requirements. Part III suggests a standard of utility which would alleviate some of the problems in this area."
